Strawberry Shrimp Salad with Strawberry Vanilla Vinaigrette (Repost)

This recipe originally appeared in my blog last spring, but since it is such an amazing salad and I made it again, I thought this was certainly worthy of a repost:-) And some of you may have missed this recipe the first time around.

This salad is healthy, delicious and quick! Strawberries add a nice sweet and tart dimension to salads. This salad is colorful and full of lots of healthy veggies. Sweet, Savory and Delicious. A salad that is good to you and good for you!

The Strawberry Vanilla Vinaigrette adds another layer of flavor to the salad.  Whenever I get the opportunity, I love to make my own salad dressings. They are surprisingly easy to make and keep in the refrigerator for weeks. Homemade salad dressing, Trumps  anything you can buy from a bottle

  15. I often wonder how to make berry vinaigrette. So thank you so much for sharing this. A small bottle of this costs a fortune at specialist stores. I'm so going to try this recipe.
